Drew Sarrett

Drew Sarrett has practiced consumer protection law for over ten years, successfully advocating for hundreds of consumers. He has also represented individuals in civil rights, employment, and discrimination matters. He currently focuses on individual and class-action cases under consumer protection laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, vindicating the rights of consumers with inaccurate credit reports or suffering mistreatment by financial services companies and debt collectors. Drew has tried cases in multiple courts and argued and won four appeals before the Supreme Court of Virginia. He also has significant experience representing consumers in arbitration.

He is the Treasurer/President-Elect of the Board of Directors for Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting members of Virginia’s legal community struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. Drew also serves on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Poverty Law Center, a nonprofit committed to breaking down systemic barriers that keep low-income Virginians in the cycle of poverty through advocacy, education, and litigation.
