Best law firm EVER. I came to them due to fraudulent reporting on all 3 credit bureaus and the credit card company. I tried for a year to work this out on my own through the credit bureaus and credit company to no ado. The reason I reached out was due to fraudulent reporting affecting my job and getting fired from the DOD.Mr Leffler was fantastic very personable and great communication to what was going on with my case. Before reaching out to CLA my credit score was in the high 500's, now it is in the 700's.Please do not hesitate to hire this firm, these lawyers know what they are doing and the only ones that has the consumer in mind.

I worked with Attorney John Maravalli about an incident I had with an Auto Insurance company I had gotten a policy with in 2022. He agreed to take the case, and was more than willing to do extensive searches into the Auto insurance company, as well as my records and my documents that the company had. He believed they had purposely deceived me, and he got in touch with the company. They agreed to settle outside of court, so that Attorney Maravalli wouldn't proceed with suing the company for a fraud case, and all around deceptive practices... He notifi9ed me that my case also sparked an investigation to the auto insurer by the SCC in Virginia. I really did not have much hope for winning the case originally, but he was willing to put in the work to win the case, and I was able to walk away with a good bit of money. I was able to pay off a several thousand dollar-debt in VA, as well as being able to keep a few thousand for myself. The guy really put work in and kept in touch with me throughout, and kept me in the loop anytime there were any advancements in the case. Als a very very good guy, easy to talk to. He makes you feel as if he cares about you and really tries to show that in his efforts.

When someone stole my identity and made accounts in my name, I worked feverishly to resolve the disputes on my own. Unfortunately, none of the of the companies would listen and it was beginning to ruin my credit to the point where I lost accounts in my name and couldn’t purchase a car when needed. I knew I needed legal help. That is when I was referred to Consumer Litigation Associates. They worked so hard helping me resolve all of the accounts and walked me through every step of the way telling me exactly what I needed to do. A question was always just a call or e-mail away. They always returned my calls and e-mails. They made you feel that you were the only client they had. All of the lawyers I worked with - Craig Marchiando, Mark Leffler and Leonard Bennett; and Legal Assistant Ali Wray and Paralegal, Ashleigh Hudson did a fantastic job getting more money than I ever thought possible. It brought justice to all the heartache I went through trying to get someone to listen to me. Now I have a clean record again. The companies took all of the bad reports off my credit record.
